Lead and develop the Field Support team responsible for contractor lifecycle (on/off-boarding, payroll, customer support). Drive operational excellence, ensure policy compliance, handle escalations, partner with PMO, manage hiring and onboarding, track performance against scorecards, audit critical data, and deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.

Manage full lifecycle of contract requisitions: intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, supplier management, SLA and vendor compliance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Support day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme: manage hiring manager and agency relationships, qualify vacancies, brief suppliers, screen CVs, schedule interviews, onboard contractors, track invoices and SLAs, provide reporting and analysis to the Programme Manager.
