Provides operational procurement support for client programs, including triaging requirements, managing SOWs, coordinating supplier information, processing RFIs, tracking milestones, reviewing service quality, and maintaining activity, audit, and invoice reports. Builds relationships with clients and suppliers, manages expectations, identifies risks, supports spend analysis, and ensures procurement processes, SLAs, and engagement closures are completed accurately.

Manages the full contract recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, interviews, onboarding, contractor management, offboarding, and reporting. Partners with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and clients to monitor requisition progress, service-level agreements, vendor performance, invoicing, compliance, and time and expense processes. Provides recruitment guidance, resolves issues, maintains performance reports, and supports timely delivery of quality talent.

Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, including profile validation, due diligence, contract coordination, compliance checks, payment setup, and VMS activation. Monitor supplier documentation and certification expirations, maintain audit-ready records, track SLAs and onboarding metrics, and escalate risks or contractual delays. The role coordinates with Contracts, Implementation, and SIA teams while supporting ongoing supplier compliance governance and process improvement.
