Leads multiple complex client engagements, overseeing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, contractual obligations, and escalations. Serves as a senior client and partner relationship manager, advises executives, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, and provides indirect people leadership. Ensures project quality, profitability, milestone achievement, and alignment with organizational goals while applying consulting, design thinking, product development, and Agile methodologies.

Reviews applicants in the client ATS, shortlists candidates, conducts structured phone screens, evaluates candidate fit, promotes roles and the client, supports interview scheduling, and maintains accurate candidate records. The role works with recruitment managers to fill high-volume positions and requires effective communication, teamwork, pressure management, and night-shift availability in a hybrid Pasig setup.

Produce and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, P&Ls, balance sheets, variance analyses, VAT and EC sales returns. Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, manage intercompany charges, analyze client and entity performance against KPIs, support statutory year-end accounts and audits, maintain internal controls, identify financial risks, and complete ad hoc analysis and accounting tasks.
