Collects, organizes, validates, analyzes, and transforms workforce data for Vendor Management System uploads. Identifies and resolves data gaps, performs quality audits, prepares status reports, participates in project meetings, coordinates with vendors and clients, and supports multiple implementation projects while maintaining data quality and governance standards.

Coordinates contingent workforce processes from onboarding through offboarding, including interview scheduling, worker assignments, time and expense management, issue resolution, status reporting, SLA monitoring, vendor compliance, and customer support for hiring managers, suppliers, clients, and contractors. The role requires strong communication, documentation, analytical, follow-up, and customer service skills while working a nightshift hybrid schedule.

Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates, identify and pre-screen qualified talent, build candidate pipelines, maintain candidate records and relationships, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with recruitment delivery teams and client talent acquisition partners. The role also develops candidate communications, newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing initiatives while representing the AGS brand.
