Operates and sets up power grinding machines to finish metal frames according to specifications. Loads materials, maintains workflow, performs first-part and in-process inspections, assists with machine preventive maintenance, and supports safety, quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement. The role requires reading engineering documents, understanding grinding speeds and finished-product characteristics, applying bondo, and working safely in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment.

Designs and develops mechanical systems and products from concept through production. Defines requirements, creates 3D models and drawings, performs risk and tolerance analyses, verifies designs, and ensures manufacturability and quality. Collaborates with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, operations, suppliers, and global teams. Coordinates development schedules, leads design and supplier reviews, manages product changes, and may provide technical leadership for complex mechanical product programs.

Maintains Experlogix product configuration rules, pricing and manufacturing logic across business systems. Manages product entry tables, bills of material, item masters, and ERP attributes throughout the product lifecycle. Performs quality assurance testing, troubleshoots configuration incidents, supports manufacturing operations, and collaborates with Product Management on configuration rules for market campaigns. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in complex IT, product configuration, CRM, PLM, or ERP environments.
