Prepare and finish metal parts using stationary and portable grinders and fillers; remove welds and blemishes; sand, repair, and finish surfaces; change grinding wheels/discs; move frames to paint line; follow standardized work and safety procedures.

Lead cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver operations programs. Establish scope, schedule, budget, risks, and success metrics; drive execution, resolve issues, mentor project managers, coordinate interdependencies, and report to senior leadership. Travel up to 40% as needed.

Support and extend cloud platforms within Agile teams by designing IaC, building CI/CD pipelines, improving reliability/observability, automating deployments, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues, and collaborating across security, operations, and engineering to maximize availability.
