The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and supports integrations across manufacturing and enterprise systems, including ERP, MES, SCADA, and PLM. Responsibilities include solution and data architecture, software delivery, security and privacy, technical risk mitigation, agile project execution, process improvement, cross-team collaboration, vendor coordination, and mentoring engineers. The role also promotes software development best practices, uses AI-assisted tools, and supports scalable proof-of-concept solutions. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Designs and develops scalable headless e-commerce applications, integrating commerce platforms, APIs, payment gateways, CMS, ERP and personalization tools. Improves web performance, Core Web Vitals, reliability, accessibility and mobile responsiveness. Manages CI/CD, testing, monitoring and cloud deployments while following security and compliance practices. Collaborates with designers, engineers, product managers and QA to deliver customer-facing features, translate business needs into technical solutions, mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.
