Serves as an internal Employee Relations advisor, conducting investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, policy violations, and employee complaints. Provides management guidance on employment laws, policies, leaves, terminations, and conflict resolution. Maintains investigation documentation, supports training, handles unemployment and PRIA requests, conducts exit interviews, and assists with Employee Relations strategies and special projects.

Supports and implements airport IT and networking infrastructure, including Cisco equipment, enterprise desktops, peripherals, applications, and airport common-use platforms. Leads technical projects, upgrades, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, asset management, site audits, and customer support. Maintains Windows environments, Active Directory, VDI, VMware, SCCM, and patch management systems while supporting PCI compliance. Requires on-call availability, extended hours, weekend work, and travel up to 50% of the month.

Leads inflight operations at an assigned airline crew base, supervising, coaching, and developing flight attendants. Manages hiring, termination, investigations, grievances, conflict resolution, employment records, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. Responds to irregular operations, conducts ramp checks and observation flights, monitors performance metrics, supports on-time performance initiatives, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.
