Owns procurement data and systems, interfaces between Procurement and IT/vendors, drives paperless P2P transactions, leads reporting/analytics, performs root-cause analysis, manages and develops data team, and coordinates change management and KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Manage day-to-day station operations ensuring compliance with airline and federal regulations, supervise staff and vendors, control station costs, coordinate with airport/agency partners, provide training and investigations, operate ground equipment, and perform cross-utilized station agent duties.

Analyze and manage engine, APU, and landing gear assembly records to ensure 14 CFR 121.380 compliance. Reconcile discrepancies with vendors, OEMs, and prior operators; update and audit TRAX eMRO and electronic record systems; coordinate removals/installs with engineering and maintenance teams; prepare lifecycle and disposition documentation; support records requests and train others.
