Provide tier-3 support and administration for Workday HCM and Financials and manage IT service delivery in ServiceNow. Troubleshoot, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications, manage integrations and vendor relationships, develop user training, and ensure SLAs and ITAM/license lifecycle oversight.

Supervise airport operations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance: perform airfield and terminal inspections to FAA Part 139 standards, coordinate NOTAMs and special operations, manage gate assignments and operational systems, respond to incidents, implement emergency procedures, monitor weather and airfield conditions, and support construction and process improvements.

Lead revenue, pricing, and contract strategy for airport parking and ground transportation. Oversee budgeting, KPI reporting, vendor relationships, capacity optimization, technology adoption, and cross-functional initiatives to maximize non-aeronautical revenue while ensuring compliance and strong customer experience.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud-first data architectures for batch, event, and streaming data. Translate business needs into data models, lead governance, lifecycle and quality practices, collaborate with analytics, IoT and engineering teams, and continually optimize data solutions for security and analytical use.
