Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

The AllCampus 401(k) plan enables employees to set aside money for the future. A variety of investment options are available, and employees may contribute on a pre-tax basis or into a Roth 401k.

Offers disability insurance

AllCampus provides employees with 100% company-paid disability coverage. The plan covers 60% of an employee's weekly salary if an employee is unable to work due to illness or disability.

Offers charitable contribution matching

This year AllCampus matched company initiatives to GCFD, UNCF, and My Block, My Hood, My City.

Provides 401(K) matching

AllCampus offers a matching contribution, allowing for a total employer contribution (profit-sharing plus match) of up to 3% of your income.

The purpose of this policy is to provide support to employees who are significantly affected by natural disasters by offering Disaster Relief Paid Time Off (PTO) and cash assistance.

AllCampus offers up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave per year for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The first two weeks of FMLA are paid.
