Leads ALL4’s Midwest growth by developing client portfolios, generating revenue, overseeing technical project quality, mentoring staff, hiring senior talent, managing client relationships, and contributing to firm-wide strategy. The Principal will build and lead a Chicago-area office, maintain executive client relationships, guide environmental consulting projects, represent the firm externally, and drive profitability, retention, team development, and market expansion.

Provides technical and regulatory consulting for air quality and multimedia environmental projects. Responsibilities include producing accurate client deliverables, coordinating project schedules and quality reviews, delegating technical tasks, mentoring junior staff, communicating with project teams and clients, and developing project management and client relationship skills. The role requires environmental consulting or regulatory experience, strong analytical and technical writing abilities, proficiency in Word and Excel, and willingness to work remotely or from a Western Region office.

Leads the San Juan Capistrano consulting office, overseeing strategic direction, financial performance, staffing, client relationships, business development, marketing, project delivery, and regulatory engagement. The role develops project managers and future leaders, expands existing and new accounts, grows revenue, manages operational metrics, and fosters employee development and accountability. It requires regular in-office presence and collaboration with regional and corporate leadership.
