Lead and manage air quality consulting projects across the Midwest, overseeing proposals, technical deliverables, compliance, permitting, client relationships, project finances, team mentorship, and regulatory interpretation. Ensure quality, safety, and profitability while expanding client business and supporting fieldwork and project documentation.

Manage permitting and regulatory compliance for Washington projects, lead agency coordination, prepare technical reports and mitigation plans, oversee construction monitoring and permit closeout, and run project and client management including budgets, schedules, staff oversight, and business development to meet profitability and quality goals.

Lead and grow ALL4's Philadelphia region office, managing strategy, clients, staffing, finances, business development, regulatory relationships, and professional development while maintaining in-office presence in Kimberton and Philadelphia. Serve as a senior technical and people leader, mentor project managers, drive revenue and utilization targets, and collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on recruiting, marketing, and operations.
