Design and operate production data pipelines and standardized data models for a multi-tenant Azure SaaS platform serving container terminals. Build near-real-time and batch ELT pipelines from operational systems, develop Go-based connectors, implement data quality monitoring, and support source-to-curated transformations across PostgreSQL layers. Collaborate directly with terminal operations staff while owning architectural decisions and platform scalability.

Owns internal communications and change communication from brief to delivery, creating clear messages, presentations, videos, guides, FAQs, and Town Halls. Maintains People Handbook and Confluence spaces, measures communication effectiveness, supports learning experience design, and assists with certification tracking and Udemy administration. The role requires strong English writing, visual communication skills, independent ownership, collaboration, and comfort working with ambiguity.

Build and own scalable Azure data platforms, SQL Server and Databricks environments, end-to-end pipelines, and maintainable data models. Apply Kimball dimensional modeling, solve complex client data problems, challenge unclear requirements, and communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes production reliability, client impact, continuous learning, and collaboration in a fully remote European data consultancy.

Build and maintain Azure-based data pipelines, warehouses, Data Vault and dimensional data marts using ADF, Azure SQL, and T-SQL. Develop Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reports; optimize stored procedures; investigate source systems; and implement data quality monitoring. The role also involves profiling datasets, validating business results, debugging data platforms, and collaborating with clients and a remote European team.
