Drives cross-functional collaboration, coalition representation, operational performance, and strategic decision-making across state programs. Manages budgets, compliance, reporting, and department-wide systems while traveling regularly to support state teams and partners.

Lead and execute campaigns to protect and expand ballot access in Ohio, coordinate coalition partners, manage election protection programs, draft campaign plans and advocacy materials, track legislation and election timelines, support lobbying and media engagement, and travel for convenings and meetings.

Lead and coordinate a state coalition to prevent election sabotage by building relationships with officials and partners, developing and executing campaign plans, monitoring threats and legislation, providing policy expertise and trainings, liaising with national partners, and supporting election protection and strategic planning for Arizona.
