Leads daily production operations in an automotive remanufacturing facility, supervising 20+ employees across inventory, material movement, quality control, shipping, safety, and delivery commitments. Responsibilities include enforcing production standards, preparing shift reports, coordinating training and cross-training, conducting quality meetings, mentoring employees, supporting hiring, and managing raw material ordering. The role requires extensive standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in variable facility conditions.

Inspect automotive products, determine required repairs, and use hand tools and materials to cut, trim, file, bend, smooth, and restore parts to insurance-quality standards. Maintain quality control and assembly safety standards, collaborate on improved repair methods, and support a safe warehouse environment. The role requires extended standing, frequent bending and reaching, and lifting totes up to 50 pounds.
