Engage existing and prospective customers through outbound calls, address concerns, document feedback, maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, process orders, track shipments, assist with quotes and pricing, and meet performance targets. The role also communicates customer feedback to leadership and supports operational improvements. This is an onsite call center position requiring reliable transportation, physical access throughout the facility, and the ability to lift at least 30 pounds.

Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, provide customer service, resolve concerns, maintain customer records, process orders, track shipments, assist with pricing and quotes, identify sales opportunities, and meet performance targets. The role also gathers customer feedback and communicates insights to senior leadership to support operational and service improvements.
