Manage media supplier accounts by processing high volumes of invoices in Mediaocean, reconciliations across TV/online/press/radio, resolving supplier queries, running payment reports, and supporting general finance tasks.

Lead analytics projects to measure marketing effectiveness, build and automate data models and reports, mentor junior analysts, manipulate and extract data from databases, ensure data privacy/security, and present insights to senior stakeholders and clients to drive analytics strategy and automation.

Run day-to-day London office operations and front-of-house teams, manage facilities, suppliers, IT, budgets, compliance, health & safety, and events. Provide PA support to senior leadership with diaries, travel, expenses and admin. Coordinate onboarding, global travel logistics (visas, accommodation, itineraries) and foster an inclusive, welcoming workplace.
