Lead and mentor the trading support team while managing performance and reliability of trading systems. Responsibilities include automation, incident management, and collaboration with traders and engineers to resolve production issues.

Partner with Austin managers and global HR to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle. Lead performance management, employee relations, US immigration strategy, PEO vendor management, and HR policy implementation. Use HR data to inform people strategies, support organizational design and growth, and run HR projects to build capability and engagement.

Prepare monthly internal management reporting and external IFRS reports, ensure accuracy and timeliness, improve internal controls and reporting processes, standardize reporting tools (Excel, Exact), and support annual tax return preparation and audits.
