Senior Workday Financials Consultant responsible for multi-domain functional configuration, production support, backlog reduction, scalable solution architecture, stakeholder requirements translation, and continuous optimization across Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.

Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML models and data pipelines in cloud environments. Perform EDA and feature engineering, monitor model performance and drift, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders. Contribute to AI/LLM initiatives and ensure solutions operate reliably in production.

Design end-to-end messaging UX across mobile and web, lead AI-powered feature UX, create response and engagement patterns, follow design system in Figma, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and validate designs via research and A/B testing.
