Oversee SLAs, incidents, infrastructure health, cybersecurity remediation, backups, ITIL processes, automation, reporting, staffing, and 24x7 coverage. Coordinate major incident response, improve operational standards, manage MSP tools, develop employees, and serve as a senior escalation point for client-impacting issues.

Manages strategic relationships with complex, high-value clients as a trusted technology advisor. The role develops executive partnerships, leads Strategic Business Reviews, creates customer success plans, identifies risks and opportunities, analyzes customer health and service trends, and coordinates internal teams to improve adoption, retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
