Supports commercial lending, business deposit accounts, and treasury management services. Responsibilities include entering loan requests, assisting with due diligence, reviewing loan documentation and lien perfection, opening deposit accounts, onboarding and training members on treasury products, monitoring loan renewals, conducting annual reviews, researching products, and providing member and branch support.

Leads and mentors an IT support team while overseeing helpdesk operations, service levels, queues, escalations, scheduling, and workload distribution. Manages hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, upgrades, procurement, maintenance, and branch expansion support. Coordinates with technical teams and vendors, assists end users through phone, in-person, and online channels, supports training, contributes to technology planning, and leads process improvements and special projects.

The Commercial Lender grows and manages a commercial loan portfolio, deposits, fee income, and treasury management relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing business finances, recommending solutions, meeting production goals, managing loan performance and collections, conducting portfolio reviews, developing referral networks, training branch staff, and representing the credit union in community activities. The role requires regulatory compliance, strong communication, relationship-building, sales, and financial analysis skills.
