Develop and modernize data management software and tools, implement services for data collection, build CI/CD pipelines, containerize and deploy applications to Kubernetes, produce technical and user documentation using Sphinx/docutils/reStructuredText.

Migrate ~50 existing Power BI reports into a new design template; build large Word summary reports combining Power BI outputs and narratives; automate report dissemination using Power Automate. Role requires strong hands-on experience with Paginated Reports, Power Apps, and fluency in English. Remote, long-term contractor based in Europe.

Design and produce wireframes, prototypes, mockups, icons and graphic assets for a BI portal and dashboards. Collaborate with developers, assist usability testing and user research, document design system and templates, perform UI QA, and support other design tasks as requested.
