Leads federal policy and advocacy strategy to advance abortion access and reproductive justice. Directs legislative and administrative advocacy, coalition building, policymaker engagement, policy analysis, and advocate mobilization. Builds relationships with Congress, federal agencies, the White House, and national partners while coordinating communications, campaigns, and state strategy teams. The role also manages external partners and contributes to fundraising and resource development.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, including complex calendar and travel management, executive communications, meeting preparation, stakeholder liaison, confidential information handling, and action-item tracking. Oversees Washington, DC office operations, vendors, facilities, supplies, IT coordination, onboarding, events, and administrative processes. Supports fundraising engagements, organizational initiatives, and special projects. The role is full-time, in-person, and requires 40–50% frequent domestic and occasional international travel.
