Design and build full-stack Java (Java 11, Spring) applications within a DevOps team for Treasury eTrading & Distribution. Deliver backend services with some front-end work, implement distributed cloud solutions (preferably Azure), apply CI/CD practices, write SQL queries, monitor systems (Splunk), partner with stakeholders, and provide operational support.

Operate and monitor CHP and biomass energy units and the district heating network. Perform rounds, analyze and resolve first-line malfunctions, support major maintenance, and use LEAN tools to improve processes. Ensure safe, reliable, environmentally conscious, and cost-effective operations while working shifts under senior supervision.

Lead and deliver electrical installation and maintenance projects: organize onsite work, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, schedules, specifications, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement based on fault analyses.
