Leads the Americas Business Intelligence Center, managing research leaders and delivering market, competitor, industry, company, and financial intelligence for business development and client delivery. Partners with senior stakeholders, oversees research quality and commercial support, drives responsible generative AI adoption, improves workflows and reporting, manages research vendors and subscriptions, and develops a high-performing team.

Supports multiple consulting professionals through complex calendar management, travel booking, expense and time reporting, correspondence, confidential information handling, event coordination, and office services. Provides backup administrative, reception, facilities, and event support while managing competing priorities, resolving scheduling issues, coordinating stakeholders, and improving processes. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, discretion, strong communication, sound judgment, and willingness to travel 10% in a hybrid Boston office environment.
