Provides technology modernization consulting to executives and clients, including technology strategy, platform and process modernization, operating model transformation, cost optimization, technology due diligence, and complex program recovery. Requires strong IT knowledge, consulting and project delivery experience, analytical and communication skills, fluency in English and Italian, and willingness to travel across EMEA.

Supports the Legal-Compliance-Risk team by reviewing, drafting, coordinating, and tracking client engagement documents, including engagement letters and confidentiality agreements. Manages requests through Ironclad, ServiceNow, email, and related systems; prepares reports; coordinates Risk Management Committee activities; maintains workflow records; and supports higher-risk engagements. The role requires strong organization, proofreading, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and process improvement skills.

Supports client engagement contracting by drafting, reviewing, revising, coordinating, and tracking engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, disclaimers, and related documents. Manages requests through Ironclad and ServiceNow, coordinates stakeholders and approvals, prepares Risk Management Committee materials, maintains workflow records and reports, and supports legal, compliance, and risk operations. Requires strong organization, proofreading, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and process-improvement skills.
