Leads finance strategy and business partnering for Mozambique operations, overseeing budgets, forecasts, financial modeling, reporting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory adherence. Manages the local finance hub and stakeholder relationships with banks, authorities, clients, and suppliers. Leads and mentors the finance team while driving accurate reporting, operational improvements, and measurable financial performance. Requires strong knowledge of Mozambican tax and accounting regulations, FP&A expertise, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Manage safe and efficient road freight, crane, fleet dispatch, equipment allocation, and workshop operations in Mozambique. Ensure compliance, auditing, reporting, procurement, supplier management, and financial documentation. Serve as the primary client and stakeholder interface, preparing proposals and developing business opportunities. Coordinate with authorities, ports, and suppliers while mentoring the local team and implementing regional best practices.
