Lead Zambia-based fleet and border operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with permits and authorities, provide client updates, manage incidents, analyze trip data, and produce operational reports.

Monitor truck movements and ensure smooth customs clearance at Nakonde. Inspect and submit customs documents, send daily tracking reports, enforce driver discipline and safety, record updates in company systems, coordinate border updates, manage and coach subordinates, and perform other duties as assigned.

Lead and manage all Tanzanian fleet and border operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deliveries. Own operational performance, incident response, stakeholder engagement, team recruitment and development, process optimization, compliance, and expansion initiatives to improve fleet utilization, safety, and governance.
