Lead Zambia-based fleet and border operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with permits and authorities, provide client updates, manage incidents, analyze trip data, and produce operational reports.

Monitor truck movements and ensure smooth customs clearance at Nakonde. Inspect and submit customs documents, send daily tracking reports, enforce driver discipline and safety, record updates in company systems, coordinate border updates, manage and coach subordinates, and perform other duties as assigned.

Lead design, delivery and maintenance of operational training programs; perform needs analyses; manage and mentor trainers and managers; enforce discipline, HSSEQ and compliance; maintain training records and KPIs; conduct performance reviews and liaise with stakeholders.
