Lead design and implement enterprise-scale data solutions on Azure Databricks and related services. Architect end-to-end ETL/streaming pipelines, optimize Spark/SQL workloads, automate CI/CD and testing, enforce data governance (GxP, HIPAA/GDPR), enable self-service analytics with Power BI/Tableau, and provide technical leadership and stakeholder alignment.

Own inside sales and integrated marketing to generate, qualify, and close clinical research sponsor opportunities. Manage full sales cycle, CRM data and reporting, targeted digital and LinkedIn campaigns, trade show planning and on-site lead capture, and develop sales enablement content to support pipeline conversion.

Provide expert, study-facing TMF oversight for complex studies and programs from start-up through close-out; ensure TMF quality, compliance, and inspection readiness using risk-based approaches and metrics; advise sponsors and stakeholders; lead audit/inspection activities; mentor TMF staff and drive process and system improvements.
