Leads AcelaBio’s end-to-end finance and accounting function, including accounting operations, monthly and annual close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, systems, controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Partners with executives and the Board on financial strategy, profitability, contracts, and growth initiatives. Builds finance infrastructure during a corporate separation, improves processes, manages systems and integrations, and leads a growing internal or outsourced finance team.

Lead test strategy, execution, and validation for regulated medical imaging software and hardware. Own risk-based test planning, manual and automated test execution, API and integration testing, defect lifecycle management, and regulated validation documentation. Mentor junior testers, improve the automation framework, support audits, and provide release readiness assessments.

Manage full-cycle, multi-country payroll processing, reconciliations, government remittances, and vendor relationships. Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues, ensure compliance with legislation and audit frameworks, support payroll system configuration and continuous improvement, and mentor junior payroll staff.
