Provides administrative and clerical support to departments and directors, including document management, filing, tracking, scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, reception, database updates, reporting, supplies, and expense support. The role maintains project records according to corporate, industry, and regulatory standards, responds to document inquiries, and helps improve document management processes. This is a one-year limited-term position requiring work in the London office.

Designs, develops, and supports enterprise integrations across business, clinical, and data platforms. Builds Azure-based APIs, messaging, event-driven, and serverless solutions, with exposure to AWS. Implements monitoring, security, compliance, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, testing, and production support. Collaborates with engineers, vendors, application owners, and business stakeholders; contributes to architecture decisions, documentation, technical roadmaps, code reviews, and guidance for junior developers.

Designs, builds, and operationalizes scalable enterprise data solutions using Azure, Databricks, PySpark, and SQL. Responsibilities include architecting data pipelines, modeling lakehouse layers, automating integrations and testing, optimizing workloads, managing metadata and governance, and enabling BI and advanced analytics. The role leads technical reviews, mentors engineers, gathers stakeholder requirements, supports self-service analytics, and contributes to data platform roadmaps while ensuring compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR.
