Lead development and management of Medicare Advantage products for assigned markets and segments. Drive benefit design, CMS bid and regulatory activities, market analysis, member communications, go-to-market initiatives, and cross-functional product projects. Track product performance and present insights to leadership to improve membership growth, retention, satisfaction, and financial outcomes.

Lead month-end close and reconciliations, prepare journal entries, accruals, expense reporting, and financial statements with footnotes. Perform variance and trend analysis, regulatory reporting (DOI/DMHC), monitor TNE/RBC and investments, review contracts for accounting treatment, oversee allocations, and support special projects to ensure accurate GAAP/SAP-compliant reporting.

Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars, travel and meeting logistics, prepare reports and presentations, take and follow up on meeting notes, conduct research, lead process improvements, and represent executives internally and externally.
