Implement, configure, administer, support, and upgrade CyberArk PAM and Identity environments. Manage EPV, PSM, CPM, PSMP, CP, CCP, Conjur, Secrets Hub, Privilege Cloud, and advanced Identity modules. Maintain HA, DR, patching, networking, and load balancer configurations. Assess customer requirements, design integrations, and recommend technical solutions. Integrate PAM with SSO, MFA, SIEM, IGA platforms, directories, and enterprise security technologies.

Designs and scales agentic AI systems from prototypes into secure, reliable, production-ready platforms. Responsibilities include building LangGraph workflows, engineering prompts, integrating LLMs, developing Python and FastAPI backend services, applying software architecture principles, and deploying solutions on AWS or Azure. The role also establishes testing, observability, error handling, versioning, performance optimization, and technical standards while providing architectural guidance to engineering teams.

Monitor and respond to Azure cloud security alerts, incidents, access requests, and exceptions. Configure and troubleshoot cloud security controls, firewalls, VPNs, network security groups, and connectivity across hybrid environments. Review security logs, support vulnerability remediation and compliance activities, manage ServiceNow tickets, and assist with identity governance. Collaborate across technical teams, develop procedures and automation, provide security guidance, and participate in on-call or shift-based support.
