Provides front-desk and clinic support by creating an excellent patient experience, coordinating communication among patients, providers, and support teams, and achieving scheduling goals. Maintains a clean, welcoming clinic environment and supports a team-based culture. The role requires a flexible Tuesday–Saturday schedule, including occasional holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends, plus the ability to perform moderate physical activities and lift up to 20 pounds.
