Teams at Aligned Data Centers

Lead technical authority for BMS and controls across a data center fleet. Perform advanced forensic analysis of BMS/EPMS trend data, audit and optimize Sequence of Operations, issue engineering change mandates, validate control sequences with simulation, and provide Tier-3 incident escalation and executive-level incident summaries.

Supports sourcing, vendor management, commercial analysis, procurement planning, and purchasing execution for data center power and cooling equipment. Responsibilities include RFPs, bid evaluations, pricing comparisons, cost modeling, negotiations, purchase orders, supplier documentation, demand planning, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, finance, and accounting teams. The role also requires developing technical knowledge of mission-critical equipment and progressively taking ownership of assigned procurement categories.

Lead the BMS engineering team to deliver, manage, and optimize BMS platforms across data centers. Oversee design reviews, develop BMS standards (points, graphics, sequences), support commissioning and QC, perform design/operational analysis (e.g., TES sizing, trend analysis), manage project communication, RFIs, and closeout deliverables.
