Supports technical program managers in coordinating customer programs across the data center lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, schedules, action logs, change requests, meeting materials, status reports, and KPIs; coordinating internal teams and external partners; supporting pre-contract activities; identifying risks; improving processes; and maintaining customer communication. The role requires organizational, communication, project coordination, construction or engineering knowledge, and the ability to interpret construction drawings.

Support supplier qualification and performance for critical equipment via supplier assessments, APQP implementation, SCAR/corrective action management, root-cause analysis, factory/field witness testing, supplier performance monitoring, and cross-functional continuous improvement to ensure quality, delivery, and reliability.

Provides senior technical leadership and operational oversight for mission-critical facility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and building management systems. Reviews change requests, ensures SOP and compliance adherence, leads incident investigations, coordinates vendors and projects, supports emergency response, develops technical training, mentors operations teams, and improves documentation, risk mitigation, commissioning, and operational readiness.
