Leads enterprise compliance and certification projects across data center operations. Owns schedules, evidence collection, audit coordination, stakeholder alignment, risk and issue tracking, remediation, executive reporting, and recertification activities. Partners with auditors and internal teams to maintain audit readiness while protecting uptime, change-control discipline, and physical and cybersecurity requirements in live 24x7 environments.

Provides senior technical leadership and operational oversight for mission-critical facility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and building management systems. Reviews change requests, ensures procedural and regulatory compliance, leads incident investigations and emergency response, coordinates vendors and projects, develops technical training, supports audits and customer interactions, and drives operational continuity, risk mitigation, documentation quality, and process improvement.

Leads power generation engineering teams and oversees generation asset design, lifecycle management, reliability, regulatory compliance, and capital project execution. Directs technical evaluations, major equipment upgrades, root cause investigations, engineering deliverables, contractor coordination, and construction oversight. Drives plant performance optimization, predictive maintenance, NERC compliance, and continuous improvement across thermal, hydroelectric, combined-cycle, and renewable facilities. Requires extensive utility-scale generation experience, professional licensure, team leadership, and expertise in power systems, thermodynamics, rotating equipment, and high-voltage systems.
