Work with executives to translate strategy into production-grade prototypes, scalable accelerators, and human-in-the-loop governance to improve portfolio management, delivery orchestration, and operational intelligence.

Own and operate end-to-end DevOps infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, Kubernetes orchestration, IaC automation, monitoring/observability, security tooling, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployments.

Provide first-line technical support for enterprise servers, storage, and client systems: process tickets, coordinate dispatches and parts, troubleshoot hardware, document cases, escalate complex issues, and support 24×7 operations across regions.
