Build and maintain full-stack software for startup clients, including backend services, frontend experiences, new features, redesigns, bug fixes, and product improvements. Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and engineers in a distributed, agile environment. Take ownership across the technology stack, write clean maintainable code, contribute to client missions, and support team growth and knowledge sharing.

Leads product squads by translating client and user needs into product roadmaps, technical specifications, and successful launches. Manages the full product development lifecycle, collaborates with engineering and design, analyzes product metrics, oversees quality, and maintains client communication. The role requires strong product management experience, UI/UX awareness, technical communication, detailed execution, and experience leading remote, diverse teams.

Own end-to-end product design for client products, from research and discovery through prototyping, high-fidelity UI, delivery, and post-launch iteration. Partner with clients, product, and engineering to create intuitive, technically feasible experiences. Lead usability testing, build scalable design systems, present design decisions, and contribute to internal design standards and critique culture.
