The role translates orthodontic customer insights into differentiated value propositions while partnering with product, clinical, analytics, commercial, and regional marketing teams across global markets.

Leads Align Technology’s Nordic clinical organization across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Manages and develops clinical teams, oversees education programs, supports orthodontists and general practitioners, partners with commercial and regional leaders, monitors clinical KPIs, and ensures regulatory compliance and clinical quality. The role is based in Copenhagen and requires regular travel across the Nordic region, with responsibility for clinical strategy, talent development, customer confidence, and product adoption.
