Owns end-to-end delivery of engineer-to-order capital equipment programs from purchase order through customer acceptance. Leads customer relationships, engineering teams, schedules, program economics, capacity planning, margins, and on-time delivery across concurrent custom machinery projects. Responsibilities span design, build, testing, installation, customer reviews, and acceptance, with occasional travel to the manufacturing plant and customer sites.

Designs, programs, commissions, and troubleshoots electrical controls and automation systems for industrial material handling equipment and AGVs. Develops PLC and structured-text programs, AGV fleet logic, control schematics, communications, and operational documentation. Supports installation, testing, manufacturing, estimating, customer integration, and warranty repairs while coordinating electrical project milestones and budgets.

Designs and releases custom material handling equipment from concept through manufacturing handoff. Responsibilities include creating 3D models, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, hydraulic circuits and schematics, and manufacturing documentation. The engineer supports the manufacturing floor, resolves technical issues, coordinates with production, and hosts factory acceptance testing. Required qualifications include a Mechanical Engineering degree, custom manufacturing design experience, hydraulic system expertise, SolidWorks proficiency, engineering release experience, and knowledge of fabrication processes.
