Partners with leadership on employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, manager training, and strategic HR initiatives. Analyzes workforce and employee relations metrics, supports organizational change and compliance, develops HR policies and resources, and provides recommendations to improve retention, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture.

Coordinate event inquiries, CRM records, banquet event orders, reservations, catering orders, payments, and guest details. Support sales managers by qualifying leads and routing opportunities. Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams and third-party partners, assist with event setup and inventory, and provide onsite event support. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.
