Operate and support granulation and manufacturing activities in a rotating 12-hour schedule. Responsibilities include moving materials with forklifts and overhead cranes, sorting packaging and pipe materials, handling retained pipes, completing production reports, identifying and weighing recycled granule boxes, and covering operator duties as needed. The role requires physical ability, manual dexterity, French fluency, manufacturing experience, and forklift experience.

Develops and maintains production schedules aligned with customer demand, plant capacity, inventory targets, and operational readiness. Coordinates with logistics, sales, customer service, and plant teams; monitors jobs in progress; manages material transfers; supports inventory counts; analyzes forecasts and capacity requirements; and uses MES, MRP, and CRP tools to optimize production flow, machine utilization, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.

Supports planning and execution of engineering projects across manufacturing plants and corporate operations. Provides technical design, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, risk management, compliance oversight, and stakeholder coordination. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required standards.
