Serves as a technical advisor for municipal customers throughout the sales cycle. Develops piping solutions, responds to RFIs and RFPs, prepares technical proposals, supports complex deal closure, delivers presentations and training, and provides post-sales troubleshooting. Requires collaboration with engineering, product, and sales teams, market intelligence gathering, and regular travel to customer facilities, plants, and jobsites across Western Canada.

Manage and grow national retail accounts across the United States, serving as the primary head office sales contact. Responsibilities include developing account plans, budgets, forecasts, proposals, pricing recommendations, product line reviews, and customer business plans. The role identifies new opportunities, analyzes market and competitive trends, collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain and manufacturing teams, and builds strategic customer relationships to drive profitable sales growth.

Leads market analysis, competitive intelligence, opportunity assessment, and strategic insight generation across product categories and customer segments. Develops market models, evaluates growth pathways, supports innovation business cases, and provides go-to-market guidance. Monitors industry trends, maintains opportunity portfolio reporting, and influences cross-functional decisions through data-driven recommendations. Partners with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to align growth strategies with business objectives.
