Build Alias’s HR and CRA background-screening sales business from the ground up. Generate outbound and referral pipeline, define the ideal customer profile, run demos and negotiations, navigate HR, Legal, Procurement, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, close and onboard customers, and refine sales tactics and go-to-market positioning. The role is remote in the U.S. and requires a highly proactive hunter who can establish a repeatable sales motion in a new market.

Conduct domestic and international due diligence investigations on individuals and entities using public records and open-source intelligence. Analyze litigation, criminal, regulatory, corporate, property, financial, and adverse media information to identify risks and investigative leads. Review and quality-check other investigators’ reports, ensure adherence to methodology and client requirements, and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
