Designs and executes performance, load, stress, spike, volume, and endurance tests using JMeter. Develops Playwright and Selenium automation, analyzes test results, identifies performance bottlenecks, and uses monitoring, debugging, profiling, and observability tools to diagnose issues. Collaborates with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams on performance improvements, prepares test plans and dashboards, and supports CI/CD integration for automated testing.

Leads automation testing across medical-device projects, reviewing scripts, enforcing testing best practices, supporting regulatory compliance, and aligning technical and business requirements. Mentors engineers, builds team capabilities, provides technical guidance, collaborates with stakeholders, and evaluates emerging automation technologies. The role requires expertise in test design, optimization, non-functional testing, UiPath, desktop automation, documentation, Agile/Scrum, and AI-assisted test generation.

Maintains Salesforce data, sales pipelines, reports, dashboards, lead qualification, activity tracking, proposals, renewals, contracts, forecasts, and revenue visibility. Coordinates meetings, follow-ups, and action items across Sales, BDR, Pre-Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and leadership. Improves CRM workflows, reporting standards, and sales processes to support accurate forecasting and efficient pipeline management.
