Provides global technical support for AlgoSec customers and partners, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, applications, networking, security environments, and enterprise software. Investigates complex issues, coordinates with Support, R&D, Delivery, Product, and Sales teams, manages cases through resolution, and develops scripts and automations to improve support efficiency and reliability. Maintains technical documentation and contributes to support process improvement while working flexible hours in a 24x7 organization.

Manage strategic enterprise customers by driving adoption, monitoring account health, supporting renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, leading executive reviews, documenting customer value, and advocating for customer needs. The role requires technical knowledge of network security, cloud infrastructure, networking, compliance, APIs, and enterprise security technologies, along with strong communication in English and Arabic and up to 50% travel.

Drive partner-generated pipeline, new ARR, and customer acquisition across India. Build joint business plans with distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and technology alliances; activate high-potential partners; enable partner sales and technical teams; manage account mapping, deal registration, governance, channel conflicts, and partner performance; and collaborate with direct sales teams to develop and close opportunities.
