Manages agencies, venues, vendors, logistics, budgets, branding, attendee engagement, and post-event analysis. Partners with Sales, Growth, and country leadership to support strategic accounts, market expansion, pipeline growth, and event ROI. Requires fluency in Arabic and English, Dubai-based residence, strong regional knowledge, and 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Plan and execute sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables, customer experiences, account-based marketing activations, and country launches. Responsibilities include venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site delivery, post-event follow-up, and collaboration with Sales, Growth, and country leadership to support strategic accounts and pipeline growth.

Qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting into mid-market accounts, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate Salesforce records, provide lead-quality feedback, and meet KPIs for speed to lead, conversions, accepted meetings, and pipeline generation.
