The Regional Director provides field sales coverage across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, representing Alger’s mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, CITs, and related investment products. Responsibilities include developing advisor relationships, expanding market share, executing territory and firm business plans, partnering with Regional Associates, communicating product positioning, complying with FINRA and marketing requirements, and completing CRM, reporting, and administrative duties. The role requires spending at least 80% of time in the field and traveling up to 80%.

Support and sell mutual funds, ETFs, and separate account wrap products to third-party distributors via phone. Qualify leads, maintain relationships, provide product training and performance data, assist wholesalers with scheduling and marketing strategy, meet outbound contact goals, and occasionally travel to territory or conferences.

The Senior Technology Generalist conducts fundamental research across technology sectors, generates investment ideas, and collaborates with leadership on portfolio and risk management.

The Systems Administrator supports users, manages IT infrastructure, handles hardware/software deployments, troubleshoots issues, and assists in cybersecurity incident responses.
