Administer Google Workspace, Salesforce, ERP systems, Slack, Jira, and Confluence; build workflows and automations; troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and A/V issues; manage technology inventory; support security training, risk assessments, compliance controls, and audits under SOC 2, PCI, and HIPAA frameworks.
