Lead lifecycle marketing to drive retention, loyalty, and CLTV across email, SMS, push and other owned channels. Build, optimize, and scale automated journeys and segmentation using platforms like Braze, Klaviyo, or SFMC. Manage and develop a small team, analyze performance, run tests, and oversee messaging, design, and loyalty/subscription communications.
