The Director of Athletics and Recreation provides strategic leadership for NCAA Division III athletics and recreation, overseeing operations, compliance, and student-athlete development while ensuring financial stewardship and program effectiveness.

Serve as the primary front-facing representative for Enrollment, managing Welcome Center operations, visitor experience, scheduling, and admissions communications. Hire, train, and supervise student ambassadors and front desk staff; coordinate across Admissions, Financial Aid, and Operations; improve workflows, support events, and ensure accurate visit tracking and CRM usage.
