Leads Alfred University’s institutional research function, managing federal, state, accreditation, and external reporting. Collects, analyzes, interprets, and reports institutional data; develops dashboards, recurring reports, benchmarks, and ad hoc analyses; maintains data definitions, archives, documentation, and reporting calendars; and supports planning, assessment, accreditation, and decision-making. Consults with university stakeholders on research methods, data analysis, performance indicators, and institutional effectiveness while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Manages Alfred University's website, blog, and digital content platforms to support recruitment, visibility, engagement, and institutional priorities. Develops, edits, publishes, and optimizes content using SEO, analytics, search data, accessibility, and user experience best practices. Analyzes performance with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console, recommends improvements, manages content projects, and collaborates with marketing colleagues and campus partners.

Leads the university’s financial and administrative operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, audit, investments, risk management, procurement, facilities, construction, ancillary operations, and revenue development. Advises the president and board, oversees financial planning and institutional sustainability, manages diverse staff, develops partnerships, and drives operational efficiencies. The role requires strong campus engagement, collaboration, strategic judgment, and leadership across complex higher education functions.
