Lead HR strategy and operations, manage HR staff, ensure legal compliance, oversee compensation/benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, vendor and community relationships, and serve on the executive team and board.

Support the After School Program Site Supervisor in planning and delivering educational, recreational, and social-emotional activities. Supervise youth, manage behavior issues, assist with registration, staff scheduling, program marketing, and reporting. Collaborate with Youth Activities Specialists and provide tours for prospective families. Part-time role (25 hrs/week).

Support planning and leading outdoor, educational, and recreational activities for teens. Assist with weekly schedules, daily programming, attendance and meal records, safety supervision, mentoring, and program improvements. Part-time after-school position with occasional weekends; training provided.
