Manage a lab support team to ensure safe, efficient testing operations. Oversee procurement, equipment, chemical handling, warehousing, resource allocation and process improvements with a focus on quality, safety and sustainability. Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate testing into product development and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure Canadian compliance for Alfa Laval pressure-retaining products by reviewing design calculations and drawings to ASME, CSA, and CRN requirements. Maintain provincial P.Eng. licensure and stamp documents, submit and follow up on CRN registrations, support sales with technical and regulatory guidance, manage engineered project orders and change requests, and perform final inspections for nuclear service jobs.
