Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to ensure customer projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Own project governance, portfolio oversight, resource planning, risk management, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply, and Operations to support quotations, handovers, and commercial execution while building project management capability.

Lead and deliver sourcing and procurement projects, manage supplier relationships, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive cost-savings and process improvements, and ensure on-time project delivery.

The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for sales of Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, developing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and utilizing CRM tools to drive growth.
