Leads Alfa Laval’s Energy division across France and Northwest Africa, owning strategy, profitable growth, sales performance, budgets, market expansion, and customer relationships. Develops business, marketing, and go-to-market plans while managing approximately 20 employees through a team of managers. Drives sales excellence, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder alignment, and change initiatives in international B2B industrial and capital-equipment markets. Frequent travel is required.

Lead the architecture of Alfa Laval’s Corporate Finance technology landscape, including CCH Tagetik and surrounding finance systems. Define technology roadmaps, integration architecture, data governance, and solution standards across planning, reporting, Treasury, and Tax. Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, architects, stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, integrated solutions supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Own and support CCH Tagetik as the functional expert for Corporate Finance. Translate finance requirements into system solutions, manage master data and access, configure and test changes, support users, provide training, and advise stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and implementation partners. Contribute to financial transformation projects across planning, reporting, controls, Treasury, and Tax.
