Leads and improves the Data Migration Factory for D365 F&O rollouts. Responsibilities include designing ETL workflows with Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric, performing data transformation and validation, building Lakehouse pipelines, supporting migration testing and cutovers, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating business and technical stakeholders. The role also owns governance, monitoring, documentation, deployment runbooks, and ongoing optimization of migration capabilities.

Owns the end-to-end customer claims process for Energy Capital customers. Registers claims, opens fulfillment orders, coordinates remedial actions, equipment returns, logistics, and field-service visits, and tracks costs through resolution. Partners with factories, suppliers, service centers, sales, quality, and claims coordinators to analyze trends, establish corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and ensure claims are properly closed and financially settled.

Drive technical sales for Alfa Laval’s separation technology portfolio serving corn ethanol customers across Brazil. Responsibilities include prospecting, customer relationship management, technical and commercial presentations, proposal development, negotiation, closing, cross-selling, pipeline management, and collaboration with technical and service teams. The role requires frequent customer travel, engineering knowledge, Portuguese and English fluency, and experience in Food & Beverage industries.
