Alfa Laval Benefits Overview

Provides technical troubleshooting and repair support for heat exchanger and separator product lines. Coordinates workshop service jobs, communicates with customers and sales, interprets technical drawings, supports parts design, schedules inspections and testing, maintains repair and inventory records, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The role is on-site in La Porte, Texas, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Thirteen-month graduate program in Alfa Laval’s Separation Technologies business unit, combining rotations across core functions, an international assignment, and a dedicated project. Participants gain exposure to R&D, supply chain, and global operations related to separators, decanters, and membrane technologies. Applicants must have a Swedish-completed master’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, no more than 1.5 years of full-time experience, fluent English, and EU work eligibility.

Translates marine customer requirements into technically viable Alfa Laval solutions. Leads technical evaluations, quotation calculations, specifications, and solution design while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Engineering & Supply. Participates in customer meetings and presentations, serves as a product expert, supports launches and technical training, and develops documentation and processes. Requires marine or mechanical engineering expertise, vessel engine-room systems knowledge, and 2–5 years of marine industry experience.
