Sells transactional products and services, handles customer inquiries, prepares and follows up on quotations, processes orders, and supports external sales engineers. The role identifies customer needs, recommends products and services, coordinates with technical, procurement, service, and logistics teams, monitors deliveries, maintains CRM records, tracks payments, prepares sales reports, and develops existing customer relationships.

Build and maintain Inriver PIM extensions and integrations using C# and .NET. Develop REST APIs, connect product data with ERP, web, digital asset management, and syndication systems, and improve data models, stability, and performance. Participate in testing, code reviews, Azure DevOps CI/CD, requirements refinement, documentation, and knowledge sharing. The role is hybrid in Lund, Sweden, with at least three office days weekly.

Manages medium-to-large service projects involving replacement parts and heat exchangers. Coordinates technical, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, administration, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include order openings, purchase requests, progress reporting, document control, invoicing, customer approvals, supplier evaluation, team selection, project prioritization, and technical and commercial closeout.
