Supports major sales pursuits, represents Alfa externally, influences product roadmaps and campaigns, and develops an inclusive, high-performing Markets organization.

Lead Alfa’s Product function and define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for its enterprise finance platform. Manage product budget, resourcing, and product leadership development while balancing customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, platform quality, and commercial goals. Partner with Engineering, Strategy, Revenue, Sales, Delivery, and customers; oversee product owners; guide AI and automation strategy; and represent product direction externally.
