Assists the Controller with dealership accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, reconciliations, vendor accounts, financial records, month-end processes, and administrative support. The role requires accuracy, organization, confidentiality, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to learn dealership accounting systems while working independently and with management.

Sell new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, identifying needs, explaining vehicle features and options, conducting demonstrations, overcoming objections, and following up with buyers to generate referrals. The role includes manufacturer training, flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and reporting to the Sales Manager. Candidates need strong communication skills, a professional appearance, a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete background and drug screenings.
