Provide administrative, logistical, and instructional support for employee learning and development: manage LMS training records, maintain audit-ready documentation, support new-hire orientation logistics, assist as a certified co-instructor for required trainings, and serve as a primary point of contact for L&D inquiries.

The Psychiatrist will provide inpatient and outpatient care to children and adolescents, requiring board certification and state licenses.

Support and assist in supervising and implementing behavioral health programs in a youth residential treatment setting. Work with Behavior Health Counselors to ensure program delivery, provide mentorship, and help maintain quality clinical services for children with mental health needs.

Supervise and support the Facility Based Crisis Center program by assisting with program implementation and overseeing Behavioral Health Counselors. Provide clinical services as needed, including conducting clinical assessments, counseling, and treatment planning for youth, and support staff development and program delivery.

Oversee PRTF program operations, ensure staff deliver treatment aligned with executive directives and regulations, manage budgets, analyze program data, and collaborate with community stakeholders and families to improve outcomes.
