Develop new sales opportunities for compressed gas cylinder maintenance services across the United States while managing existing customer relationships. Responsibilities include cross-selling, territory and pipeline development, competitive intelligence, quoting, pricing coordination, CRM maintenance, sales planning, and collaboration with internal teams. The role requires technical chemical-industry sales expertise, customer-site visits, safety compliance, and up to 60% travel.

Provides broad HR support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, attendance, leave administration, training, reporting, and union workforce administration. Processes payroll in ADP, maintains confidential records, supports labor relations and grievances, coordinates drug testing and benefits, and advises employees and managers on policies and employment matters. The role also analyzes workforce data, supports HR programs and engagement initiatives, and provides backup to the Human Resource Manager.

Supports the Controller across accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, cost accounting, and inventory management. Performs financial close, reconciliations, journal entries, cost and variance analysis, audit coordination, internal control oversight, and forecasting. Supervises finance and inventory personnel, manages ERP-related inventory issues, and supports process improvements. The role is onsite and operates in a manufacturing environment.
