Lead the used vehicle department by managing inventory pricing, merchandising, aging, profitability, appraisals, reconditioning, advertising, vehicle readiness, and deliveries. Recruit, coach, and support the pre-owned sales team while coordinating daily operations. Partner with dealership leadership to achieve monthly sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, inventory, and operational goals. Maintain strong customer experience and CSI performance while ensuring efficient inventory control and department profitability.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations. Inspect vehicles, identify additional maintenance needs, prepare repair estimates, follow manufacturer specifications and safety standards, maintain an organized workspace, and communicate with service advisors and team members.
