Design, build, integrate, deploy, and maintain customer-specific AI recruiting workflows across applicant tracking systems and related platforms. Lead technical onboarding, including permissions, data mapping, testing, and go-live. Own production deployments, customer and candidate support, root-cause debugging, monitoring, and alerting. Translate recurring customer needs into product improvements while working directly with customers and third-party APIs.

Own a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts, including renewals, retention, upsells, and expansion revenue. Build executive and user relationships, drive product adoption through onboarding and training, lead QBRs, monitor usage data, and develop customer business cases and case studies. Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers on technical deployments and support while helping shape the early Account Management function.
