Lead and scale Alethea’s customer success function, including team development, playbook execution, customer health, renewals, expansion, and executive reporting. Personally manage strategic communications and public affairs accounts, advise C-suite stakeholders, lead high-stakes business reviews, and build buyer enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering while developing early-warning systems and representing customer needs in roadmap decisions.

Own full enterprise sales cycle selling Alethea's intelligence-led Artemis platform to communications, brand, and insights leaders. Identify and pursue net-new opportunities, build multi-threaded executive relationships, develop account and territory plans, translate narrative risk into business value, and meet revenue targets while coordinating with product, analysts, and customer teams.

Build and run the companys Revenue Operations function: configure CRM and GTM tech, own reporting and forecasting, document processes, manage compensation design and finance partnership, and deliver AI-driven workflow improvements to support sales, marketing, and customer success.
