Manage customer orders lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Implementation). Oversee project timelines, resources, vendor coordination, reporting, process improvements, SOPs, and documentation to ensure smooth implementations and exceptional customer experience.

Rotate across software, hardware, QA, support, field services, product management, and sales engineering in an 18-36 month program. Contribute to design, coding, testing, installations, troubleshooting, documentation, and pre-sales demos while receiving mentorship and transitioning assignments every 8-12 months. Targeted to recent graduates or early-career professionals.

The Manager will lead a small engineering team, participate in product development, oversee designs, and ensure quality while providing technical support.
