Rotate across software, hardware, QA, support, field services, product management, and sales engineering in an 18-36 month program. Contribute to design, coding, testing, installations, troubleshooting, documentation, and pre-sales demos while receiving mentorship and transitioning assignments every 8-12 months. Targeted to recent graduates or early-career professionals.

Provide phone, email, and screen-share technical support for Alertus hardware and software; troubleshoot networking and Windows issues, prioritize tickets in Salesforce, document cases, create Knowledge Base articles, escalate to Product Development, and assist customers with installations and recurring-issue analysis.

The Manager will lead a small engineering team, participate in product development, oversee designs, and ensure quality while providing technical support.
