The Implementations Operations Specialist ensures a smooth transition between Sales and Implementation, managing customer orders and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Drive lead generation and new customer acquisition by outbound prospecting (phone/email), communicating Alertus value, scheduling demos, qualifying opportunities, collaborating with regional sales, and mentoring SDR peers.

Execute hardware and firmware test plans, document and track defects, perform functional and performance testing, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, analyze failures, and collaborate with engineering to resolve defects.
